Hi all,
Could you please test my scene in C4D. My problem with crashing the program still persists. This scene contains about 45 textures, which is the amount that leads to frequent program crashes. I tested on three different computers and more versions of C4D and will always crash. It's a pretty complicated job. But export to stand-alone Indigo works well.
Thanks for help

Re: Cinema render crash
Two piles render fine inside C4D. Enabling the third one crashes the c4d. What pile exactly, it doesn't matter.
Interesting fact: if you take any of the piles, and make a xref out of it, load it, and render it inside c4d, inside your scene with "Render View" it will still crash it, but if you select all of the piles, copy them to a new scene, and use "Render to picture viewer" it will render fine within C4D, with a chance of sometimes crashing. So strange.

Hey guys,
No crash whatsoever here. It renders fine in picture viewer in IPR and in viewport.
On R19 and latest Cindigo.

Pavoda and Originalplan, could you write down the versions of your C4D, Indigo and Cindigo clients? Just to be more precise.
Also, couldn't help noticing you're on mac, Originalplan, maybe this is somehow related to OS?

Re: Cinema render crash
I use C4D R19 and the latest Cindigo and Win 10. But version of C4D does not affect (I tested it). Sometimes is render ok, but if I try render again it crash. I have found that the total number of textures used (not materials) is the key. To 40 used textures is ok. More textures means more chance to crash. Most of my scenes contain many more textures and render within C4D is unusable.

C4D R19.053 ( Build RB224935 )
Cindigo 4.0.64
macOS 10.13.3 (17D102)
Scene works perfect no crash at all.
So it can be related to OS... dunno.
