Re: Indigo for Cinema 4D 4.0.48
Hi there.
Just want to report an error when trying to load a 3D noise in a bump slot.
The other thing I noticed (this is not directly related to the Indigo 4 core but to Indigo C4D in general:
I noticed that the pictures that I save through the C4D dialog are all Low Dynamic Range.
In my workflow I normally use OpenEXR files in 16 half float or 32 bit.
For stills its not a problem as I can save a EXR through the Indigo export dialogue.
Since I do a lot of animations however, the most conventional way to render out frame ranges is through the C4D save dialog. If I set the output to Open EXR or any other 32bit file format I get doubled Gamma (Gamma 2.2 on top of Gamma 2.2) and the HDR information (brighter then white) information is still missing in the image. (Still Low Dymanic Range)
Would be really nice if there was time to make some adjustments in that regard.
Not sure if its clear what I am speaking about. If there are any questions I am happy to answer
Otherwise I am still fascinated with everything working so smoothly.

[BUG]?
Should we have Pixel Aspect 2 = Anamorphic 2:1 (2.0) working in 48?
Seems to me IPR and Cindigo does not like the format.
Not sure if its a bug or just a feature not yet in. Would be nice to have.
Specially combined with Panavision 2.39:1 as a setting.

[BUG]=OSX Indigo4.47 x Cindigo 4.48
Making a material in standalone app > saving as .pigs > Importing into Cindigo > Roughness/exponent channel does not carry over. Using textures. ( No textures present in Cindigo )

Re: Indigo for Cinema 4D 4.0.48
I've had a plan to avoid clutter in the material list, when I needed to create some complex materials I would export it, and would afterwards use the external type, and if it needed tweaking I could do it in indigo. Sadly cindigo doesn't export this blended materials, it only save the base material.
