Problems with export

Hello,

I have problems with exporting from cinema to indigo. When I try to export there is allways info box which in saying, that it is imposible to export file. I have some experience with rendering in cinema+indigo, but now I newlly instaled it again after comp crush and it doesn't work anymore.

I also can not render inside of cinema with indigo engine....

If anyone knows why, I would be grateful to know. Please helpp me

Hello,

Now I installed Indigo for sketchup, and I tried to work there, but program gives me an answer, that i dont have the right directory fil in my computer. I added screen shot of this troube in sketch and cinema. I need it to finish my school renders for master degree. I know how to work with this program, but probbably I don't know how to instal it right. I would be grateful, if anyone can help me.

Do not use extended latin letters for your account name. Indigo can not resolve your path obviously.

I rebooted my computer and I named all files without Slovenian letters, but anyway it doesn't work. Now it answer me, that cindigo plugin cause problems. I'm little bit nervous because of it. It seems to be no help for my problem. One year ago I made really nice renders with Indigo trial version, but now it is hopeless.

please upload the bugreport from the path that C4D gives you.
In that folder should be a "_BugReport.zip".

It looks like you are using the release version of C4D R13.
There has been quite some updates from Maxon since then, think about upgrading your 13.016 to 13.061:
http://www.maxon.net/support/updates/cinema-4d-r13.html

Maybe this already helps regarding your crashes, since Developers can't keep compatibility to old unpatched versions of exporters!
