Light power in the scenes remain the same even after I down the master value to 0.1, I don't know what happens with it. I suppose this has to work like maxwell's multilight.

Perhaps you're using reinhard tonemapping, where you should be using camera/linear...

will be whole render_settings section ignored? image_save_period and other have no effect :(
