You've loaded the script into the text window and hit Alt-P, right? It should change to the scripts "interface" which is merely a bunch of buttons and text fields which allow you to control some of the scene's settings (but not all... expect to have to edit the XML output file manually in a text editor.)

Indigo is a separate program which must be run in addition to blender. Once your XML(s) are output, fire up a command prompt, navigate to your indigo (executable's) folder and type

Code: Select all

indigo "C:\scenepath\scenefile.xml"
where C: is your drive and the path and filename are the location of your output XML. You may want to edit the "inifile.txt" file to change certain program settings (such as "image_save_period") to suit your needs.

Very nice!!!
I should try a very basic scene to get very high mutations per sec. and benchmark also 4 Threads etc.
to get some rock solid numbers about the performance difference,,,

I study Communication Design so I worked a lot on Mac's...
I also learned that 3 of 4 Mac users are poluted by the apple Propaganda,
withou having ANY knowledge in Hardware & Performance of an PC or Mac...

I don't like stupid people who think they are so "fresh & so clean",
so mac becomes something for me that uses the disinformation of people...

After the (so much needed) change to the intel based architecture of Mac Cores
the performance jokes G3 to G5 and all iMacs are behind us...
I'm very happy that Mac now kicks ass too

I work a lot with Video and 3D, and at this point where TRUE performance is needed not a shiny User Inerface...

Sorry for Hijacking this Thread
I don't want to start a flameWar PC vs. Mac!
If somebody wants to still talk about this, pls PM me...

*sorry for the bad english...
