changelog:
v0.6 test 6
* added -halt command line parameter to set the halting time (in seconds)
* messed around with russian roulette
* fixed some bugs with bidir code (including horizon line).
* fixed scale for non-mlt mode.

Does it run any faster with bdir off then test5?
