Indigo 0.8 stable

Post by OnoSendai » Wed May 16, 2007 2:18 am

Well, it was time to get 0.8 out of the way. So here's 0.8 stable.
(I'm calling it stable instead of final in case I want to bugfix it :) )

The big changes in 0.8 are the BIH, hybrid mode, and RQMC stuff, plus the
new diffuse transmitter material and working normals for the blend material :)

Great
One question though.
What was fixed in null material in 08t3 ?
Was it this "rays not passing buy" bug or something else?

Thanks the release Ono!

I hope you someday drop some lines about your planed 0.9 Features...
Atm Indigo rocks hard, the only serious issue, is the massive RAM needed for displaying you renders
