You go, radiance!
Keep the simple web stuff and the UI forum stuff off the core boy. That looks damn professional, yet at the same time, damn artistic and sexy. Well done! Trust me, I'm a U.I. design reviewer. That is kick ass. Plain, informative, not too busy, conveying only the relevant information, and quite modifiable.
One crit - you B&W'd everything, but plan on changing them to color on rollover. That's cheesy. Please don't do it. It seems like your average "hire me to do your flash animations" self-promoter if you do that. The B&W images can lead to the color ones on the next load, give their brains something to process while waiting.
(Psst! I love the damn office in B&W... simply stunning!)
PS: it's not spelled "activeley" in any form of English.
