Also, the position pass should be able to write negative values to EXR. Anything behind (0,0,0) is clamped, leading to some funny results :P
Fixed for next release :)
Nice!

BTW once again super blown away by Indigo's speed! This is a frame from an animation I'm slowly putting together, about 6-7 minutes / frame. Saved as untonemapped EXR and graded in Natron. I also gave it a crack with Cycles and LuxCore2 and couldn't get near acceptable quality in that time.

Lux, Cycles and Appleseed are about 6-10 times slower then Indigo.

Disable your CPU as a openCL device and try again, this could help.
Yeah, well...It worked by disabling the CPU :).

Correct me if i am wrong but...If i do this ... i'd be losing the extra power of rendering that gives the CPU when enabled both devices ( CPU+GPU ) right? As far as i know, indigo is a hybrid renderer.....right? :)

Well, afaik the simple issue here is the gigantic differance in computing power between your CPU and GPU.
By running both in OpenCL mode the CPU usually bottlenecks the GPU perfromance, therefore the combined speed can be way below pure GPU perfromance.
Also CPU OpenCL drivers can be very limiting regarding render performance.

For old GPU's back when Indigos OpenCL render mode was release the differance has not been that big like nowadays, so CPU+GPU can be a speedup if you have a low end GPU in your system...

Thx 4 the explanation.

I always thought that having CPU+GPU would accelerate processing times almost twice...I've been living my own lie for a long time.

I have a Nvidia Titan X and intel I7 5960X so i don't know how convenient is to use them at same time with the OpenCL. I'll take a look.

There are some other programs that boast of being able to work CPU+GPU (full power both devices without any problems),but i think that in the end indigo is faster.

I was hoping I could try the new features in this new version but it crashes with Iris as the selected OpenCL device on my MacBookPro 13 mid-2014 (10.13.6), the CPU OpenCL device works fine. Version 4.0.66 works flawlessly with the Iris device (3-4x faster than non-OpenCL CPU).

This is what I get on the console just before it crashes:
OpenCL code for main program on Iris built. (was not cached, elapsed: 4.745 s)
OpenCL code for 'diffuse' on Iris built. (was not cached, elapsed: 4.745 s)
OpenCL code built: (elapsed: 4.746 s)
Optimised OpenCL code for 'diffuse' on Iris built. (was not cached, elapsed: 1.509 s)
Abort trap: 6

I've included the crashreport from the system which should give you more information.

I've tried the latests 4.2.19 but it behaves the same. With the iRig scene I get the following terminal output and crash report:

One of the two will be used. Which one is undefined.
