We have a new jobs page up:

http://www.indigorenderer.com/jobs

So far on there we have SketchUp plugin developer and 3ds Max plugin developer.
Basically we're ramping up a little for Indigo 4 support.

Please don't despair about other exporters, these are just the ones we're explicitly hiring for first! Depending on how this goes we may hire for other exporters soon.

Well as a designer most of the time you make sh*t look good.

I can help in UI and interface with help of programmer, I have solid programming basis in what is possible to do but lack on programming practices.

Software and products in general lack of good design mainly because designers do not get the credit by the persons who know how to make it, designers do not know the language of of making because of lack of will in that direction.

A programmer if is not a designer as well, should have a designer partner.

looks and also feel and also knowledge aware design.

Memories, irony. Also because I presented myself years ago like zio just did. Hopefully Glare means to hire pros that can guarantee to bring the process to its good end ?

I think you have done a good job. Hope you can still improve or update MeltI when needed.
Cheers

I've been updating the Maya plug in personally for the latest versions of Indigo. I have pretty much everything working properly as of last weekend. I want to go in and clean up a couple things but I can hopefully upload my latest version soon. I was going to switch to another package using alembic for rendering but I figured I could just get the plug in working with the latest Maya and indigo. Took a bit of work but I think it was worth it for my pipeline/efficiency. The plug in is by no means elegant but I brought back things like environment maps, fixed subdivision and smoothing issues etc etc.

Thank you ! As a matter of fact I've been tinkering with MELtI in that direction recently, though the release (some time in the future) will be a minor event.
fourzeronine is the man, nowadays; looking forward to testing your updated plugin !
