Violet (Indigo Tonemapping GUI) v0.2

Changes:

* added controls for bloom, chromatic aberration, white balance
* can take .igi file path on command line
* added license to distribution

EDIT: updated with scrollbars and zoom levels :)

thanx master.
but two critics:
how can we move the picture or resize the view, i just can see the top of my image.
and it would be also nice when all sliders could be on the right side of the gui:

Yeah.. i dunno about this one..
perhaps i'll do a 50%, 25% zoom button.

would be cool to have an "update" button and some checkbox to disable auto-updating 8)

when i make changes to "bloom" it updates more than once before it finally updates with the right values... and it takes a while.
