Sorry for bringing up the specific matter again, but I still got the same problem since Indigo 3.8.0. It stops working instantly after Sketchup finishes exporting the scene. Just to remind, this happens also with an empty scene. Using windows 7 32bit, Sketchup pro 2014. Any thoughts?

And if you open the exported scene directly using Indigo, does Indigo then crash too?
Since you are one of the very few users having a 32bit System I suggest that the issue can be found in that direction...

It stops working even with downloaded materials from Indigo's website that have nothing to do with Sketchup at all. I thoughted too about 32 bit system causing this but Indigo 3.6.26 works just fine. Has there been a specific change in 3.8.-?

Hey there guys! I just wanted to say that I am thrilled over this mighty awesome renderer, and seeing it's support growing for all of the biggest 3D packages. I just have to say I am really happy that bundled IndigoMax comes with all the goodies now, but I have to say that there are some things really unclear to me (being a noob explains it). For example, IES profile: I am not sure if it's supported (and inside standalone it seems you can't create them). Exit portals: they are working as old portals did:nothing outside of them is visible. These things just come into my mind, and I'm struggling to figure them out. Seems like Indigo exporters for other apps took a bit bigger leap then the one for 3Ds, which is a shame, because I just love it. Sorry if I wrote all this in a wrong section, but seeing how Indigo works with other apps, and not being able to figure it out in 3Ds max, lead me to the thought that these might be bugs, even though it comes to me as if support for some of the features for 3Ds Max is still not available.

Hi Antonis,
It's possible this may be an OpenGL problem. Can you try with the OpenGL preview disabled? (just close the widget with the x button).

Hi there!
IES profiles are supported in Indigo. There is no UI support for them yet in the main Indigo UI though.
Exporter support for them in IndigoMax is being worked on.

Thank you very much, for your response mr. OnoSendai!
I see that Indigo works like a magic inside C4D, can't wait to see it working with 3Ds too! Actually, can't wait to see it working on everything and beign able to do anything! :D

Not sure sure if this is a big.. Well maybe it is but on my laptop screen (1366x768) some of the info is hidden. Namely this includes the @# of samples that have been completed on the render

you will need to stack editors over one pile in order to provide the room for the display.
