The most probable issue Pibuz is a light leak. Check wall angles, put a black box around save for the EPs...

The problem is that your Sky had some EmissionScaling on... based on Emitter Size!!!
That Size depended Emission Scaling kicks hard in the nuts once you use a Exit Portal, where the Emitter scale drops down to your ExitPortal meshes... boom.
