Thanks Whaat Yes mate I have the rb and the full SkIndigo folder there! Upon first launch of SU it asks me to locate the Indigo.exe and that then creates a path to text file in the directory. If I click any option under the Skindigo drop down menu IE launches and so do between 45 and 102 error dialo...

Re: previews

@ Richard: you're right. You can get version 0.9 here: http://www.indigorenderer.com/joomla/forum/viewtopic.php?t=2823 that release includes also the preview folder. you can then overwrite the v0.9 files with the files in the latest release. I'd suggest Whaat to repack the files in latest version c...

Thanks mate

I'm using the latest tutorial which is SkIndigo_9 Getting Started?

The readme file in Skindigo 1.0.8 also says copy the previews folder to the Indigo directory.

When I try to launch the material editor I actually get 101 error dialogue boxes come up!

Any ideas?

Hi Whaat

I could be really dumb but in the tutorial it says copy the preview folder included in the skindigo zip to the indigo directory! I for the life of me cant find this folder in 1_0_8. Textures is the only folder there!!

Sorry mate! Richard

I have to agree with what kwisten is suggesting regarding some sort of multilight feature. Yes of course I'm a maxwell convert and have even been hoping there for the ability in the multilight feature to use both skydome and physical sky at the same time. Then in multilight blend the rates of mixing...

Whaat I think this feature would be more likely utilised if there was a preview of the material (thumbnail) saved with the file and not even sure if that is an option. I know through my use of Maxwell if I don't have a visual (or create one) reference to the material I never go back to use them. The...

re: the sun issue i'll see if i can install free on my machine and try it. OR i can post my scene again for you with my north angle rotated if you like? You can post the scene if you want. I think I can download a trial version of SU pro that should allow me to test (and fix) this bug. I don't know...

Where is the real geometry??? I can't see it in the sketchup view. It is saved internally in the Sketchup scene file. It does not have to be visible or even be 'in use'. If you have used Sketchup, you would understand. Mate I'm back on deck and really happy to see you have seemingly broken the back...

Regarding the projected textures I have tried in and thats why I asked, didn't seem to work for me! :?: Though I could well have done something else wrong. I was playing with blended materials and seem to have a hard time getting back to a single layer material at times!!
