Progressive Fog Density
Hi, I need to create a fog material but the actual medium system is not accurate enough for the purpose. What I need is that the sphere, or the box containing the fog material/medium becomes less delimitate. that the shape of the box disapears completely. I mean that the density of the fog should be...

Re: Indigo easter egg c4d
Hahaha Originalplan you ended me  :) pixie too ! More seriously I guess it's about light being absorbed by the sky not heterogeneously but maybe I'm wrong.. It happens more or less between zenith 95 to 107. Captured night sky model would be great; I never tried but it should be possible to make...

Re: A natural situation
Ok, I made a test the other day, with this parameters, but I'm not sure about the results, if you look at the sky colors ( or the color should be right if longer render time maybe I don't know, I had no more time to test this )

Re: A natural situation
oooh ok I think I get it, it means actually that the center of the sphere would be at 6378135m Under the 0m of sketchup (Under the origin). I couldn't get where the coordinates were based for the sphere; I'm testing

Re: A natural situation
Ok but I don't understand: should the center of the atmosphere mesh be at level 0m in sketchup, and so the terrain at 6378135m of altitude to be 80000m Under the atmosphere surface; or should my terrain be at 0m altitude and 80000m Under the surface of the atmosphere sphere ? sorry if I sound dumb b...

Re: A natural situation
Thank you a lot for your help yonosoy; I'm also sorry but I remade a quick scene inside sketchup when you asked me to send a pigs file, without instances and many other objects and materials, but I had to do quick and messed up a little by replacing the atmosphere at the right position and didn't re...

Re: Wishlist
Hi, _Get the scattered object coloured with the color of the pixel corresponding to where the object is scattered on the ground texture: You can actually get a very similar effect with a shader, using world coordinates to lookup in the texture. That's not super convenient though. How can I do that ...

Re: A natural situation
Hi, Sorry for the late, but I had a problem with my internet during a long time, the cable suffered corrosion and had to be replaced... First, great renders man! I had made a few tests to get the god rays through the clouds but I failed on each situations. I tried with more or less fog, I tried with...
