Yepp, it's a phong blended with a diffuse transmitter.
I did try and render it with mtl BiDr i think, so might be my own fault :P

Just a silly render, norwegian money, didnt take the time to render it completly noise free, and there is a lot of paper you dont see aswell :P

Zom-B: Great work btw, i would love to see it on a diffrent face model aswell, cause i have seen that some materials looks sweet on one model, but breaks apart when applied to another :)

And one more thing, indigo does run forever by default, so you have to stop the render yourself, unlike in maya where it stops when it's finished ;)

I was about the reply to your PM, thanks for the critics, it is quite overexposed i am a sucker for white highlights :P And about the watermark thing, i remember this happends to fryrenders watermarks aswell, when the render is quite bright they almost become invisible exept on darker parts, like th...

You watermarks are still there, i realy wouldnt waste time on photoshoping that out :P

Headroom: Well in my post i did write "Since i changed from Cinema4D to 3dsMax" wich implies that i dont use modo anymore ;)
When i used modo i exported the models to c4d and used the cindigo plugin :P

Hy everyone, long time since i have done any "real" renders now. Since i changed from Cinema4D to 3dsMax, and have gotten more into game art, it has been less highpoly scenes and such. But i just saw a picture in a arch mag that i found interesting, it's not a 100% copy but mainly getting a nice moo...

Well Thea is just fine, not done any real renders with it tough, it does pretty much the same as any other render... it renders.
