Ono, Whaat! You've just blown the bank!!!! This transmittance feature is something the guys at NL haven't been close to cracking yet!!!! If I'm right this material will suit very well the problem with leaves and curtains where some transmittence is justified. Whaat: Will this material be likely supp...

Ah mate I know that chair anywhere "The Dick Deck Chair"! And yes you look close to the money shot!!! Mate how could I be at all unhappy about seeing it ever turn up as a test render. By the way I have posted a very cool natural weave texture, clip map and bump map to the PPB that might work much be...

You can even use the 'hybrid' render settings.(by setting it in the ini-file after export). Mate I've looked for information on this feature but found zip. ANy care to give some explanation??? By the way I wouldn't be certain the speed gains of 8 if any will grant a suitable outcome to my glass iss...

Thanks Whaat I'll check those links out! I found a free PS plugin that will allow creation of EXR from other image files. For those with CS2 who can read HDRI could easily open and resave as EXR! http://www.openexr.com/downloads.html Thanks again manitwo! It is actually all the reference to command ...

Not at all mate, just using your last point to reinforce mine! You will note that on an exterior render the render generally is pretty much done or good enough to be used after a few hours other than the wait for the glass to let some sunlight into interiors! Your point that multiple day render time...

I have been playing around with a new UI setup that I think will be a nice improvement. However, it will be not available in SkIndigo 0.7.1. (too much testing to do still...) See below for the screenshot. Mate PLEASE PLEASE implement this feature!!!!! I've been playing more and more with indigo but...

As said before, the NL people were FORCED to find a solution for the MR glass.. and i still have problems because everytime i have to tweak the settings for the glass.. Ono: if you implement it for Indigo, would it mean a BIG speed improvement or not? I am quite happy with the fast glass-setup of i...

Maybe you will have better l...

Ono I'll be honest mate! I'm currently a fairly heavy Maxwell user! I know that's a fairly dirty word around here (well I imagine anyway). The reason for mentioning this is that for external Architectural rendering the AGS (Architectural Glass Solution) had it not been developed may well have seen t...
