Re: Indigo UI and UHD
Here is a screenshot of the ui in 4K using windows 10 scaling by 175%. I think the icons and the text in the blue lines are very small. Maybe a thing to be fixed future builds.

Indigo UI and UHD
Hi I recently bought a GTX 1080 and I am pretty happy with it. To take advantage of the new card I ordered a 4k Display and now my question is if the indigo UI does allow scaling in higher resolutions? In Blender for example its possible to set a the DPI manually.

Is this before or after tax? When its before tax I think the 8GB card will cost in germany around 300€.burnin wrote:RX 480 8GB will go for $229

Re: Indigo Renderer 4 public beta
Hi Ono, indigo just crashes, just tested the mclaren scene. I send the card back now and will wait for the GTX 1070 a few days. The R9 390x became very hot, made a lot of noise and the power consumption is twice as high as the GTX 1070 so I think its the better choice. Do you realize the 480 releas...

Re: Indigo Renderer 4 public beta
Hi, I recently bought a Radeon R9 390x and when I am rendering the test scenes, Indigo crashes after 2 min. The GPU load jumps from 0% to about 80% and back. I thought that AMD would be a good choice because of the bigger allocation limit and the 8GB of Vram, should I better go with a GTX 1070 or wi...

Re: Indigo Renderer 4 public beta
Yeah I tried matching Lux and Indigo reasonably close to each other. With Cycles there wasn't much to do, as the only tonemapping control I found there was "Exposure". Could use the nodes ofc, but... meh. :) Hi Oscar, under the scene tab, you can find color management, where you can choose differen...

Re: Simple Renderings Thread
Hi Oscar, while I am currently not earning money with CG but this may change in the future, I am looking for a render engine that suits my requirements. At the moment I got an indigo 3 license but I think that the exporter development not that good, (I am mainly working with Sketchup and Blender). F...

Re: Simple Renderings Thread
Did a test with the new GPU render mode, rendered for 12 min on two GTX 960. had to raise supersampling to 8 to get rid of the fireflies.

Would like to see the benchmark results of the R9 390(X) or the Fury (X). Also interested in the upcoming Polaris and Pascal.lycium wrote: ...AMD GPUs are very attractive given their performance / price / memory size and allocation limit!

Re: Indigo Renderer 4 public beta
Hey, can someone explain me what max allocation under Device Information means? I thought Zom-Bs Scence already uses more than 1GB of Vram. I read somewhere that Nvidia cards can only use 1/4 of Vram with Indigo, is that still the case?

Re: Indigo Renderer 4 public beta
Hi, did the Benchmarks with my two GTX 960,
v4.0.31
Mclaren optimised: 9.322 Ms/s
Bedroom scene: 3.036 Ms/s
is it already possible to upgrade from indigo v3 to 4?
