Re: 2 uv sets on 1 object?

BTW: I tested multi UV, and it seems to work! See attached testscene

Way more interesting for me at least would be support of the projector Shader where you can apply a different UV mapping for each channel of a material, great to create some complex blends for terrain and stuff

Re: Moving Lights in C4D

Hey roskilla23º, In your car for example a ray that enters the window, hits interior and gets reflected towards the camera trespassing the window again would already use a raydepth of 3. Wouldn't it be 5? A ray passing through glass with thickness would use one "bounce" entering the medium and one e...

Re: 2 uv sets on 1 object?

Hey Tyler,

afaik Indigo does support multiple UVs on single object, but this feature also needs to be supported by the exporter.
For C4D this feature is on the request list, but not included yet.

Re: Indigo Renderer 4.2.23 Stable Release Candidate

it seems that i have 2 suns ( or an extra unknown light source) in my scene : Don't trust the thumbnail, disable your sky layer and see if there is a sunin your viewport ;) Regarding the bright area on the left: since you pushed the sun LL power by x4.8 it is a good chance that this is simply the r...

you're right. opencl is not active - any advice?
I would say you uninstall all NVIDIA stuff and install the latest drivers again.
A great tool to get rid all graphic card drivers and so on is DDU:

Re: Moving Lights in C4D

Hey guys, it seems Indigo hass issues with MotionBlur on Emitters, turning off MoBlur "fixes" it. Your scene roskilla23º seems to suffer from low raydepth?! You attached a igs that only contains the scene description without meshes, textures and so on. save your file as pigs, the p stands for packed...

Re: Indigo Renderer 4.2.23 Stable Release Candidate

New problem. I have a slave rig with 6 Vega cards. After the update, the system will no longer render with all cards. 4 cards is the max before getting a thread limit crash. Can you tell us from what (working) version you updated to this 4.2.23 build? Have you tried installing the latest drivers, A...

Re: Indigo Renderer 4.2.23 Stable Release Candidate

simply open up the igs file you export with your 3D app in a texteditor, add this line and save, then open in latest Indigo build.
igs.JPG
Also doublecheck your system RAM usage during the start of rendering, does it mayes out?
Can you provide info about your GPU and System Memory amount?

Re: Round Corners

+1
I would also love to see this "hack" possible in Indigo. It is a mayor pain to bevel meshes from CAD import and can take a lot of time.

Re: Indigo Renderer 4.2.23 Stable Release Candidate

Hey noelyone, since some time there is a option called allow high quality BVH that is on by default. In C4D you can disable it, other exporters hopefully have that option too. <allow_high_quality_bvh>true</allow_high_quality_bvh> Having this enabled instances aren't used for the scene and GPU render...

Re: Skindigo Crashes with pipes

Feel free to use this code for dropbox registration, so we both get some extra space for free: https://db.tt/5ZkFltiM Trial should not be limited in functionality here besides render resolution. Try opening the exported scene manualy, not out of sketchup, by that Indigo needs an extra click to start...

Re: Skindigo Crashes with pipes

hey bconverse, feel free to upload to dropbox and link here or use other external filehoster. I can take a look at the PIGS that you can save out of indigo. Just open Indigo and inside that open the last scene that crashed. Now after loading the scene, and before hitting render, do save the file as ...

Re: Indigo for Cinema 4D 4.2.21

Hey Raphael, thanks a lot for your detailed feedback, that very appreciated... but somehow got lost here in plain sight  I'll add your points into the bugtracker and since fused finally overcome the R20 adoption for the exporter in 4.2.22 , further tweaks, fixes and features can now be addres...
