Im not saying indigo should get uv mapping, but it already has a texture editor to make small adjustments, so why not make it easier to use for the average person? The discussion was never about adding something that wasn't there, more so making preexisting stuff more user friendly

Hope to also see an option to scale textures uniformly (e.g. scaling the diffuse also bumps up the specular or something). Thoughts?

So, I added a texture to my window and figured it would be as simple as that. But unfortunately when I hit the road and started my render the texture was no where to be found. It would be nice if doing this was this simple.

Hello I have SkIndigo 3.8.33.1 and it's not really cooperating with me. Clicking on a material in su doesn't bring up the corresponding material in indigo. Materials failed to load as well. I tried to load a PIGM and it missed by miles. Couldnt even import any of the textures.

Dragging a material into indigo should import the material instead of taking over your render probably. ;

I think some things from windows 10 might be nice, for example the live tiles. These could be used to let users gauge what's what for the file browser. If something like "snapshots" of your scene are implemented, all the snapshots could be displayed as live tiles.
