First make sure you're using PNGs for your clip map, or at the very least 100% quality JPGs. Highly compressed JPGs dirty your blacks and whites and make any blending messy. This map must be a black-and-white image. Indigo doesn't support alpha layers in images. In Blender, go into a different layer...

You can do that for test renders. Not for complex scenes. Hand-editing of files is just not an option for any serious work. I'm afraid whether Indigo sinks or swims is basically in the hands of exporter writers. For me it is anyway. Having said that, 1.1.6 is not "stable" and could therefore be seen...

It should be possible with Indigo 1.1.6. But it's just me talking out of my XXX since there are no exporters yet and therefore no way for tech idiots like me to test it. Perhaps one of the XML scribblers, or even the man himself, can enlighten us. (By the way, why on earth would you want to do this?)
