Checking the auto login checkbox doesn't make any difference. Using IE8 here.

I have this same problem, and it occurs on all 5 computers I use, regardless of browser (and one of them was a clean isntall).

Some bugs

Just installed windows 7 on my new machine and was testing it out - and there seems to be a very large discrepancy between multi CPU (16 threads) scaling compared to windows and linux - So i think thats probably a bug. Also, the open file dialog dosn't grab focus  Also, also, it would be nice ...

Re: Issues with .IGI's and auto-saving.

Interrupting the saving of any file will cause problems - kinda like asking to fix the problem of power going out when power lines get cut

And that sounds like a you only problem - ive never had that on any of my machines

slight random note - i like the mono team's style where 2.X where X is even means stable, and when X is odd it means beta / testing

Re: render speed of slave

out of curiosity of corelation, both of your masters have less cores then your slaves - are your slaves running all CPU threads? EDIT: nm, i miss read zomb's = but zmob - p4 is slow, and has many specific deficiencies that kill performance in random situations (well not random, specific ones realy),...

[Req] Calculate memory usage

So, before the rener starts - go through the scene and determine a reasonable upperbound of how much memory is needed to render the scene. If the user does not have enough, nice friendly popup "Hey - buy more ram!"

Re: What next with Indigo?

i think, if inidigo GUI was more integrated with the indigo site and had in and of itself an editor for the scene files, this would make things mroe convinent and easy Theoretical idea that actually isn't too hard to do: Your rendering and you notice "Oh GOD! i switched two materials, the chair shou...

Re: Let your XBox360 render?

it can be done, but its one of those things where you ask yourself "How did you come up with this?"

you need one of 2 specific kernel revisions of the 360, and the game Kink Kong to do it. Its odd, you can look it up if you realy want to know.

Re: Indigo won't launch - linux 32bit

I'd have to look in wine's source code to confirm, but wine works by taking the binary instructions in a windows binary and attempts to call their unix counterparts. My guess is that when wine runs into these SSE instructions, it simply calls several equivalent instructions that are not apart of SSE...
