Re: Pavoda Rendering Thread

Thanks Zom-B! I use SS 1 for denoised images, beacuse it is faster denoising, less ram and when I tested first version of Indigo with denoiser some artifact occurred - like big blured farflies. But I will try test it with SS 2 again now. yes, higher SS value also results in a noisier internal albed...

Re: Pavoda Rendering Thread

Your output looks awesome, a great tour with awesome natural light feel and great balance, great work!! I agree with you Oscar about denoise images. It is spherical images in 6000x3000 res. rendered about 45 minutes/1 image on RTX 2080ti. I accept render time for one image to one hour, not more. ..s...

Re: Indigo Renderer 4.4.5 Beta

Hey Neo0. as always some extra information's are needed... Does this issue also occur on a very simple scene (cube in sky environment)? if not, then there is a very good chance your RAM filled up, since denosing eats up a lot of it! Also try disabling double Buffer to save some RAM too Seems like In...

Re: Indigo Renderer 4.4.5 Beta

Suuuper nice! Very quick first test shows a very noticeable speed increase with bucket rendering, and the denoising is amazing for getting quick and dirty renderings out. Fantastic work! Its also really good for long renderings where the last Noise needs to vanish. Indigo has a major benefit with d...

Denoising itself is also multithreaded and will use all your CPU cores.
But no Hyperthreading, so only the "real" cores :)

Re: New Interior Visualisation - Comparison opinion

I'd say you use the incoming Sun version but divide sun & sky via LightLayer.
Now you reduce the sun power so its less dominating but stays interesting :)

Re: Indigo Renderer 4.2.25 Stable Release Candidate

as you see only some integrated Intel GPU gets found by Indigo, here is my output as an example: Successfully loaded OpenCL functions from OpenCL.dll OpenCL dynamic lib path: C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\OpenCL.dll Num platforms: 1 ============================Platform ============================ platform_id...

Re: Indigo Renderer 4.2.25 Stable Release Candidate

Hmmm, your gpu info command has two _ _ instead of one, I'd say you set this command wrong, but am no Linux guy to tell how to do...
Have you tried the latest 4.4.1 beta if it does render?

Re: primitives & points

Not on GPU, since it (still) doesn't support sphere primitives...

But using a master object and having your other points made out of instances should work on GPU too.
Either way, your IGS can become very big, since each object gets quite some info about material, position etc.
