Re: Tinkering with site designs
Great work matsta! Even though Godzillas contribution really rocks, I do think this version just suits indigo better. Indigo is all about light, it's lightweight also (meaning it is not a 700MB download package...), and so elegant in a way. I knew you people here in the forums are good at gr...

Re: Indigo Network Rendering Tutorial
to make it even more easy: make a .bat file (windows executable) at your slaves so you don't have to type stuff into the command line window every time you wanna start a render. You do that by opening a text editor, type in what you'd want to put in the command line window, and save it as .bat. you ...

WOW
Great design and nice renders! I love the way the room is cut, it has an interesting shape. Nice picture above the tele!
Me gustaria mucho tener una sala asi en mi casa...

Re: Render Book(Stromberg)
Wow you're fast on dealing with requests! Nice! Do you have a daylight picture with something outside the window? cause chocolate cake reminds me of children's birthday and that takes place ideally in the summer in the sun. and I'm not sure, cause I don't have such a big piece of chocolate at hand, ...

Re: The house
also too red for my taste in real life, but cool render!
A house is quite a project... I am spending the whole evening to get SINGLE detailed sheet with natural Falten and stuff out of blender's cloth simulation

Re: Render Book(Stromberg)
Nice one Stromberg! Your images don't suck at all, it's always nice to visit your render book. Your first "room scenes" didn't convince me though, it just looked like a random room from a random angle with random objects randomly placed  last image is very nice and nicely structured, and I jus...

Re: How old is the average Indigo user?
27 and I feel ok.
started 3d when I was 14 or 15 with C4D on my Amiga. Then made a loooong break and started with blender again about 2 or 3 years ago. Hard to tell cause I play with blender only from time to time, my job is eating me at the moment!

Re: Kitchen Interior.
Looking really good so far.
Add a newspaper, something I find next to a cup of coffee very often, but I hardly see it in a render.
Perhaps you could upload your scene file to see if anybody can reproduce the crash?

congratz to the winners, I think schosch's image really stands out a little...
totally agree with the decisions, zeitmeister, your limes really look somewhat juicy and "fleshy", and suvakas is the only one who rendered a "simple" jug in a perfect way.
when does the next copmpetition start?
