I've experienced this before and this is what i got from Zom-B : ....."this is afaik a known issue if you change scene parameters early after GPU render started and the image is still rendered in subpixel resolution. Lal-O: Mixing different kinds of GPUs works fine.

The only thing to watch out for is if one is way more powerful than the other you may lose some efficiency.
