Somehow noticed this little bug when playing around with moblur: - when exported to indigo, camera has correct angle(rotation) and moblur settings - but cam angle is already wrong (90°/90°/0°) in cam obj property - so when trying to change fe exposure time in cam obj it jumps to 90°/90°/0° view angl...

so why is there no gpu only rendering if in most scenes gpu is limited by cpu speed/ you're always having a bottleneck between cpu and gpu conversion. fe for people who can't afford a dual xeon monster workstation there is no way to gain full advantage of buying a new gpu as long as your cpu is too ...

Using curvature + noise to blend between two materials - in this case a blue phong and a white diffuse. maybe we can do an agreement with arroway fe, like stefan laub did.
He managed to make arroway mat setups available with demo files, everyone who owns the collection simply can replace the lowres files within the mat, but all settings remain the same ;)

in my opinion the carpet is already way too thick... but you can't see the single "hairs" of it though...
how did you model it?
did you check all the sizes of the furnitures? sth feels wrong in this room concerning proportions...

if you're staying with physical material setup I actually can't see any need (with few exceptions) for a fresnel...
