curves is a great addition - any plans to implement an eye-dropper system for selecting white/black/gray points?
also, thanks for the re-add of meanCurvature() to the blend channel!

access meanCurvature() within a blend shader
Hi, not sure if this is a bug or missing feature, or expected behavior, actually... but trying to use meanCurvature() within a shader to control the blend channel doesn't seem to do anything, you get either 100% material A or material B depending on how you code it, but no transitions that I would e...

Re: Indigo Renderer 4.0.39 Beta Release
not specific to this build - I've noticed it since the v4 releases - but I've been having some unneeded restarts of the render when adjusting imaging settings, like changing the white point temp, switching tonemapping method, etc, which never caused a reset of the whole render before. anyone else ex...

Re: Weathered by time - damaged by water - procedural only
very nice!
for directional control, look at the code of this one:

or this one:

"snow cover rough" was the initial experiment and I improved it later

Re: Newbie - Help!
The floor is a perfect candidate for a coating material. Use your floor texture material as the base and use a separate texture to control where the varnish covers it.

Re: Indigo Renderer 4 public beta
Hi Pixie. Error: Unsupported extension: Try to write the full name of the output (it means "filename.igi"). Works fine, but if you select the extension and it´s not writted this message appears. In Linux is not necessary to give the extension (almost in the past). ah, ok - still, I don't think this...

I've mentioned all of this stuff previously - resuming igi broken, image extensions broken - hoping it's on the priorities list...pixie wrote: I cannot save igi:Error: Unsupported extension:

Re: A natural situation
it would be great to have an option to add a scatter system (or multiple) from within Indigo GUI. is that in the works?

Re: Indigo Renderer 4 public beta
just wanted to to write to confirm that resuming a render from igi works correctly in 3.8 but not in 4 (I hadn't taken the time to reinstall the older version to check)

used to be the command was:
./IndigoConsole --merge_igi listoffilestomerge.txt outputfile.igi

Re: Indigo Renderer 4 public beta
any word from dev's about this igi resume issue? it's really messing with my workflow. also, not sure if this is a bug or just outdated, but I tried merging 2 igi's from terminal with the --merge_igi command and a file list and I get an error that the igi's can't be read. this happens with v 4 and 3...

Re: Indigo Renderer 4 public beta
another glitch - resuming a render from igi does not pick up where it left off, rather starts over from scratch.
this seems to be the case in both GUI and console modes.
