I cant use any OBJ . After import i see...i cant name it, its big undefined object. edit : why you are offering 3ds format ? Its useless for such a big scenes. Please, post correct OBJs. Im using 3ds max edit 2 : i opened 3ds, it has 6,5 MILION of polys, my viewport is freezing, probably that carpet...

indeed, great render but : regarding sky, i took 250+ photos with hoya polarisers in last days in Spain and never had such a satured sky even in this geographic area.It was just technical point. Polariser will pop up colors and remove reflections but not in such big effect. Image is nice but sky loo...

mlt bidir. PT bidir si fine but with some glossy/metallic/glass materials it should produce tons of flies .

Image was created in catalogue style,my goal wasnt photorealism, dark ceiling etc.
Most of interior photos are heavily photoshopped too. And clients dont like burned exterior and dark rooms
