Concerning the Object editor:

A similar concept on a material basis would be great, something the material editor seems to hint at. that could easily work with custom attributes.

I often work with scenes with several thousand nurbs objects in,
and it's difficult to manage them on a per object level.

Good thing if someone is looking into it, as I'm sure i'm freely distributing some bugs. :) I too would like to hear from the original crew what their Idea on these changes is. (btw:I'm absolutely impressed by the .igi-file approachand the tonemapper.) The nkdata is working nicely with a LIGH...

I've fixed some bugs and added some features... - Obj-Path is now visible/editable in the UI. -changed the iFocalLength value (turn brain off, render both indigo/maya image, scale in photoshop and change mtiGen according to measured value...) is just a starting point... - Started with ...

:!: I like this idea too. Trouble is, that we are all writing into the same file, so if we are going for modularity, we should agree about what values we pass when calling the procedures? As a starting point, I have cleaned up some of the mess I've made while toying with the obj. export, and comment...

Great! :) I understood that the Crew is not fixed, but playing well together... Here are the files (for the developers, as this is only "proof of concept"). regards  In my first post, I didn't see the attachment field (if it was there?), so I prepared a rapidshare posting, which apparently can...

Hi, and first of all recommendations for the great team-work on MtI/IME. I've dabbled around with the .obj-referencing feature, and have glued it into a mti 0.7.2. (doh! that I didn't integrate it into 0.7.3, and doh! that I didn't spend the day on my sunny balkony...) It seems to work, though I hav...

Maya 8 .... update

 Just checked the Hypershade connections, Maya 8 passes a 2nd message to the light-linker (concerning shadow-linking).

As a workaround, shadow message can be disconnected.

Maya 8

First off: This thing rocks! (=Very Happy) Alas, w. Maya 8 I'm also experiencing this issue with LightLinker1.incandency being requested. Creating a custom attribute .incandency and providing a Colour Value to it, a file is exportet and indigo crashes with a memory error. (=Very Sad) [I know this is...
