Is the monkey Suzanne? Maybe Blender stored the xml file in your default location. Indigo is looking for the file in the directory where you installed Indigo. Easiest solution would be to move the Indigo xml file to your Indigo directory.

It occurred to me that I don't visit the home page anymore and wouldn't have known about the PayPal contribution option if not for visiting the "Off topic" forum. After you know about Indigo you pretty much go straight to the forums. Need to think of a way to let all forum users know about it.

It worked for me using Blender 2.42a. :D

Any chance of adding the feature of exporting the mesh geometry to a separate file, like u3dreal did in Blender2Indigo 062beta1? or maybe adding the launch of Indigo from within Blender.

Thanks for making an exporter for version 07 so fast! :)

When you consider a wish list please think about exporting mesh objects as separate xml files so they can be used again without creating a scene in Blender. This gives the user a set of objects that can be easily re-used and lets Indigo/Blender users edit the basic scene file without loading the ext...

Happy holidays and New Year!
Have a fun holiday/vacation.
Here is my holiday image, not rendered with Indigo, but modeled and rendered in good old POV-Ray

This is my understanding, someone correct me if I'm wrong. :) The "Render Level" shows how much subsurf will be applied by the internal Blender rendering. When you use Indigo you are not using the Blender internal renderer. That subsurf is not in the geometry of the mesh. The subsurf "Levels" is app...

Or, as suggested in the "Bugs and Requests" forum in the "[REQ]Include" thread, the exporter could create a separate file for mesh objects. Then you don't need to load a huge file to modify the scene. Similar to what dougal2 is suggesting but with the advantage that the mesh objects could be used ag...

I like it that Indigo will go forever :D
YOU get to decide when it is done!
The only problem is that we can't stop and restart it. So if you made the decision too early, you gotta start over. :P

Great! Thanks u3dreal. I thought it might be there but not documented, or at least I didn't see it. So maybe the request should be to have the Blender exporter make use of this capability by creating a separate mesh file. Currently the exported xml files from Blender, etc, need to be edited to separ...
