iirc in the lightbox experiment you mentionned the slits are extremely small and i wonder how indigo works with those :? I was also wondering if Indigo would produce diffraction patterns from twin slits etc. Thatd be interesting. Youd need a beast of a machine to test it at any decent resolution th...

I think itd be a bit of a stretch to get students using it but i can certainly imagine it being a useful resource for teachers to demonstrate ideas and concepts.

i think the point doug is trying to make is that if the image does have the meta data attached then it would be very hard for someone who stole the picture to then claim they couldnt contact the original author, and so dont have any claim on being able to use the image. For the record i never bother...

the resolution of your image is internally multiplied by the supersample factor then scaled down so you get crisper edges in your image.

Open the settings window, environment->sun and sky->overide sun position->set sun position, then click whereabouts in the viewport you want the sun.

I like this version a lot, especially the new sun positioning tool, i can see that coming in very handy.
