Yes, there's no such option yet. You'd need to export it to IGS and render with Indigo standalone.

There's a small issue with missing maps where max will actually find them in a different directory and display them properly in the material editor but Indigo can't render them. The resource collector utility doesn't find the maps described by the Indigo Texture material node/s. Thanks for reports....

From your description, it seems you have a problem with scenes that had Maxigo objects assigned (maps, materials, modifiers and such). With uninstalled plugin Max warns about objects missing definition. If that's the case, it's fairly easy to remove those with simple script. I can help with that if ...

I'm glad you like it. Did you change how the frame buffer or materials handle the Gamma and LUT settings? No, nothing changed in IndigoMax. To manually remove IndigoMax do following:
1. delete <max root>\plugins\IndigoMax folder
2. delete <max root>\plugins\IndigoMax.dlr file
3. delete <max root>\scripts\IndigoMax folder
4. delete <max root>\scripts\Startup\IndigoMax.ms file
That's it. Hope it helps
