Re: "Advanced" WIPs
Love the way your whites goes in your renders. Your designs are very equilibrated. You feel passion for what you do; the correctness of all... Thank you Yonosoy. ..actually, one must work with what he has...In this case, the apartment is filled with restrictions (structural pillars, structural wall...

Re: "Advanced" WIPs
Sorry Oscar!!!! I must have dramatically forgotten your answer!!! Yes, I was forced to change the pc because I had a catalogue to render and my old processor wasn't supported by Indigo anymore..it was a very old Q6600......I don't know if I have images of the catalogue...maybe...let me have a look, ...

Re: Removing grey bars from Sketchup
Don't know if it's useful for you guys, but I usually use the "advanced camera" toolbar available in the sketchup menu. There's a button with an "X" and that always deletes all the grey bars.
The counterpart is that the perspective is changed, but it's usually enough to reduce the viewing angle

Re: Pikadili89's projects
I agree with Oscar. A sort of a velvet shader would be greatly useful to render good cloth and fabrics. At the moment I use high IOR values coupled with very high roughness, even adding a reflection map. This seem to work a little bit. Better than nothing. ..another thing that bothers me is noise. I...

Re: Realistic concrete-like tiles material
Ok I was able to see the images. i think that to clearly study the material, yuor scene must be waaaaaay too simple. Also, the wide camera angle doesn't help understanding the behaviour of the subject. I suggest you try to apply it on a floor, make a lightsource the opposite side of the camera, add ...

Re: UI feedback
Hi Erich! And welcome to the forum! Many of the things you say seem to be quite correct at first glance, and it's something I would actually say myself for any new piece of software I try. In these days I'm making some reflections about the visual industry and the recent products coming out: everyth...

Re: Some Interiors
Hi Lal-O! I think all images have a nice feel, but there are some issues you can control to get even better images: 1. I like the sense of not-everything-is-in-focus, but in your images (almost all) seems like the focus is incorrect. I suggest you set a higher f-stop number (or keep it like f/8 or f...
