People can't bother to travel through neo0.'s inexisting naming convention to find usefull bits ! Oddly, neo0.'s posts are usually quite entertaining to me. My favorite are the threads where he asks a question, 5 or 6 people respond suggesting answers, and he responds with something like, "So does ...

That was it! It works! Thanks Ono.

Grimm, use the --enable-unicode flag during for configure, and rebuild the libraries. The resulting libraries can then replace the old ones, and indigo should run fine.

Thanks eman, I do have version 2.8, 2.8.9 to be exact. I did figure out one of my problems, getting the libwx_gtk2 libraries into /usr/lib64. I needed to add --libdir=/usr/lib64 to the configure command. The libraries are now built and in the right spot but now there is another problem. The ...

Hi everyone! Unfortunately, for the past couple of months, I've been pretty overwhelmed with my real job, so I haven't had time to continue working on this project. Sorry to have disappointed you guys, but times are tough, and I've had to make keeping my real, paying job a priority. :) Anyway, just ...

Do use use image maps from google or do create everything by hand in photoshop? What did you use for lighting, out of curiosity? I used photos as a reference. Most of these I found via google. Then I created image maps by hand using these reference photos. For lighting, I used the the same env map ...

Haven't had a chance to work on this for a while, but I tried another variation and liked the way it came out. A little postpro in Gimp to correct the color issue I was having.

Also the texture at the base of both cans needs help.
Other than the two things you mentioned, looks great! Makes me wish I hadn't given up soft drinks... :)

Great! Yes, even if you have a 64-bit architecture, you may have a 32-bit version of java installed (java is just a virtual architecture running on top of your physical architecture).

Glad you got it working. Let me know if you have other problems.

Are you running from the base extract directory? Should be in the ISLPreviewer_v0.1 directory when you launch. The command looks for the jar and libraries relative to the current path.

I'm starting to think it's your java installation. Perhaps try uninstalling java, redownloading, and installing again?

Well, there really isn't an installer for the app. It's just a batch file launching the jar file and manually adding the jogl libraries to the library path. ZomB, if java isn't in your windows path, you might need to manually point to the java executable by editing the batch file. I don't know why W...
