Re: My latest achievment
Hey Headroom, no I don't use exit portals couse in all cases till now I had reflection of vegetation or facade, of my object, on inside element such as glass table, vaze or something. Each time I used exit portals, instead of that nice reflection I got white or light blue straight shapes which absol...

Re: My latest achievment
Hey Bosseye, thanks for the site, I will certenly look into it but my bigest problem is light atm :) .When I am using sun+env map I have to much noise which ruins photoreality of my render and when I am using plane emiters its kinda hard to make interior renders with view on outside (either when I w...

Re: My latest achievment
Hey FoXar, thanks for sofa collection, very useful I must say :) . Re: My latest achievment
Hey Poli, I totaly agree with your comments. I am still at begining with vegetaion rendering and soffa definetly need some leveling. About glass with wine, instead of intersecting I separeted wine from glass for 1mm. But the bigest problem is lighting couse this level of realism I succided to achiev...

My latest achievment
Hello everyone, I'v been stragling with indigo trying to reach some level of realism in my renders and I think I finaly reached first levels of it....this render took 10 hours and size of image is 5000x2500 but since I can't upload it I am posting a 2000x1000 one. Re: Runtime Error, need help!
I deleted it couse I couldn't render it, but as soon as I get on a problematic scene with same error I am sending it imidietly, it was fustrating trying to render and after 30 min it brakes. Now I rendered it with two rectangles in same light layer and it didn't crash. Posting the result in new topi...

Re: Runtime Error, need help!
Hey CTZn, as far as I remember last time I checked indigo version is 3.4.(something) I think, sketchup is 8 pro and I dunno how to see skindigo's version so I have no clue about it :D . I deleted that problematic scene and made new one in which two difrent rectangle emiters were under one light laye...

Runtime Error, need help!
Hi guys. I am having some problem with Runtime Error. I didn't have this problem before, but in last few days I started rendering interiors with rectangles as emiters (some deimnesion of 1m x 1.5m or something), enviroment is set to sketchup and black. So the scenes aren't heavy at all, my indigo st...

Re: Exit portal and lights
Thanks for info mate, now I used bidirectional with MLT and sunlight is included too. Since picture is 5000x2500 it will still need a lot of time to render, but with 10 hours of rendering the result is same as 20 hours of rendering when I used pathtracing with MLT with out exit portals on 4000x1950 ...

Re: Exit portal and lights
Thanks for tips CTZn. That masking with alpha render looks promising, I will certanly try it out. And do you know why light of enviromental map goes trough exit portal and sunlight does not?

Exit portal and lights
Hello guys! I am trying to make a high resolution interior render and I am having problems with noise that can't be cleaned up even after 60 hours of rendering. I was searching trough forums here for a solution and advices. I read somewhere on forums that I shouldn't have totaly white materials, ins...
