hi,
another version implementing the motion blur, the glass is made entirely of polygons (about 710 000 polygons)

Re: Indigo Renderer 4.2.23 Stable Release Candidate
in GPU mode : Max path depth is limited to 100.
in some cases, it looks like this limit is too low, I guess.
I got black area when several flasks of glass are aligned
EDIT : oups !
there was an intersection of geometry between the objects. all is perfect now.

It seems like,
in specular material,
in internal medium,
in RGB value of absorption spectrum --> the color values are changing

EDIT : oups !
I just realized than 0 in C4D is equal to 1 in indigo
... but the result color is different

ISL : GPU mode (Indigo 4.2.23)
in GPU mode trying to blend two diffuse materials, a yellow and a blue, using ISL def eval() real : let c = clamp(meanCurvature(), 0, 1000) z = normalWS().y * 3 z2 = z * z in clamp(if (z > 0, z, z2) * noise01(normalWS())+c,0.0,1.0) here is the result http://reelmotion.free.fr/test_meanCurvature_GPU...

hi, importing .pigm file in C4D R19 is not correct in some cases. by example : from Online Material Database download "Matte Terracotta Octagon with Glazed Diamonds" (the first one) save it in .pigm try to link it using a material type external in C4D, the images are not present try to import it usi...

Re: Indigo Renderer 4.2.22 Stable Release Candidate
hello
it look's like if I have 2 materials "double_sided" in the scene, in GPU mode, I got a crash.
here a little .pigs for test

hi
I done a render's test with .pigs file submitted for may's competition
and there is some noticeable difference in transparency and reflection material

Hello, http://reelmotion.free.fr/LamboJuinIndigo/cote1okpetitCoinBug.jpg As there was a defect near the grid, I integrated it into the main form with the side of the vehicle. http://reelmotion.free.fr/LamboJuinIndigo/wire2.jpg here is the result http://reelmotion.free.fr/LamboJuinIndigo/coinCoin77M....

Hi guys, still working on my last entry for may's competition. As there is a lot of worries with the topology... http://reelmotion.free.fr/LamboJuinIndigo/firstModa.jpg I decided to redo it completely in C4d only. it's a little challenging for me, because I'm pretty new with this software, but I lea...

Re: Q about Indigo rebuilding scene
yes I experienced that. I've adapted my workflow and doing adjustement for a material on a single (lowpoly) object with correct lighting and a minimal environnement, so the restarts are faster. And when the material is ready I record the material's settings inside 3D host app or I save the material ...
