well, that's simply explained: same what happened before with your lightsources, now happened with the sun&sky ;) You have to tweak it, until both have roughly the same brightness ;) Also, switching to Camera or Linear Tonemapping might help you with that ;) It's not only not smart to use more than ...

the reflections on your glass should be just right. Reflections are controlled by IoR (brightness of the reflection) and Expoinent (Sharpness)...
