Re: Sun+Hdri/EXR Lighting ?

I think your sun is still too strong for the hdri... my normal starting point to try and balance this is to set the environment map strength to 10000 and the sun to 0.00001... BIG strength difference! Also if you want to try with just using the hrdi then try changing the gamma from 1.0 (default in ...

Re: Sun+Hdri/EXR Lighting ?

from the link in the FAQ: http://www.indigorenderer.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=2454 I would gander on doing an additional renderpass for the shadows only, then combine the images in photo editing software, matching the sun angle etc. might prove interesting though... Hi Juju. Thx for yor reply :...

Re: Sun+Hdri/EXR Lighting ?

Your sun is probably just overpowering the HDR, try raising the intensity of the HDR to something like 10^7-8. :) Hi. Thank you for your reply :D In Skindigo i have set the sun to .005 and the Hdri to 700 and no difference..no matter the settings, the result is the same. In indigo if i try to change...

Re: Missing external mesh

Exactly my friend! Vray for Skp has that feature and i used to use it very often before trying indigo, that option is really useful. I honestly think that is a "must have "feature for Skindigo. :D

Re: Missing external mesh

I think the issue might be Sketchup related rather than Indigo related, but I might be wrong. Should probably be an option somewhere to pack it - otherwise I'd suggest a Dropbox or other drive folder that you use for your external .objs both from work and from home. I guess Is related to indigo sin...

This file should contain all meshes, textures etc. Thx for your reply Zom-B Yeah..well....I know i can do that..but in Sketchup i had set all the views (Scenes with sun positions , objects ..etc. All that is easier to change right in...

Re: A simple house in Mexico

That's not a simple house, it's a beauty! :D For starters, you could make sure you're using AGS(architectural glass solution), or specular material with arch glass option on. The best method so far, for those tricky scenes, for me, was BiDirMLT, but since this is an outdoor scene, I think you might...

Re: What is this ? (Error parsing)

Looks like some objs have blackslashes in them for a line continuation character. I'll add support for that to Indigo. Can you send me the .obj file? Hi Ono. Yes, i can :D The file is 22.7 without textures. Where do you want me to send the file ? Can you put it on dropbox or something and send me a...
