sun + participating media cuases a crash

participating media works well with meshlights as long as the camera is not inside the media. if the camera is inside it doesnt get rendered

i think thats a cinema bug... happens somestimes and u cant really do anything against that... i once spend ~10h of work on one scene and then the file was corrupted... that tought me to make backups every now and then...
