Re: Maxigo 2.2 beta - 1.Feb 2010

Right, realtime preview material is not good idea because will be very slow, but maybe just fake like in fry ? There is just image as screen from prewiew, if you duble click in slot you got just image/bitmap not in realtime.

thanks

Re: Luxology introduces SILK

wow cool link Doug !
About cables, details etc, sometimes is good model this, maybe not super high details like in luxology website, but medium details are nice and add a lot to scene :)

Re: Maxigo 2.2 beta - 1.Feb 2010

Hi, Can you add in future update one thing in material editor ? Basically when you make material in indigo but use max editor is hard to found materials made in indigo, because slots (balls) are not change or update. I made easy images for better understand :) http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4069/438...

Re: My first renders

I think: Wow. Great interior, very nice colors. Very stylish! I would expect the wooden floor to be more dull somehow. I think it is to green under the chair. But that might be the lighting too. Nice avatar btw! Thanks very much :) wooden floor is without reflect or gloss because this kind of wood ...

Re: "Metal Pipe-thing..."

Much better but I think problem is model, maybe if you add more detalis like champfers and weld in center.
Can you show wire of your studio and model ? Will be easier to help :)

Re: Luxology introduces SILK

Interesting but easily done in any 3D program using Indigo's emitter materials and I really don't see why you would want to model the stands and cables, etc - most real photographers spend hours trying not to show crap like that in reflections! :P Because sometimes you need diffrent kind reflection ...

Re: My first renders

Hello !
wow thanks very much for comments ! I`m glad you like this.
Ive got some ideas for next scenes and renders and I think in next update I show something more :)
Indigo is good because is fast 1H and 30 min is good time and small noise for render like above.

Thanks
Piotr
