problem with relaunching network rendering

Hello, here's a problem: 1. I open igs file and set network mode, sart render, start slave mode on other machine - everything works smoothly. 2. I save igi file and close indigo. 3. I resume render from igi file (so i can't change network mode - i belive it's already on) but then slave doesn't work ...

Re: Green living

@Pibuz Your work is REALLY great! I wonder what number of SPP you usually achive? I'm asking because Your images are perfectly noise-free on every stage. If i let my test renders to clear like that, it would take like a month before the final one would be ready. And with comercial work time is gold....

nk data and textures location

i keep my projects, materials and so on on an external disk conected via LAN. It works good exept for the materials using nk data and some materials using external (added in skindigo) textures. When i change location of those materials and/or textures to local drive everythig is ok. Anyone noticed t...

Re: bathroom. it's all good but the chrome and sunlight

thank you all for help. Following your tips i was able to fix it. below i attached re-rendered scene. As Djiegoo said, MLT methods work better with interiors, so try to switch to that! I used MTL --> that helped with fireflies If shader bump map is too deep for small faces it will get black allsoo I...

You mean that faces are on its right sides? Yes i did. In fact at first i've used 3ds meshes dowloaded from the manufacturer's site (very detailed with a lot of polygones used). I thought it was a reason, so throw out 3ds meshes and i buid them in SU from scratch...

Re: bathroom. it's all good but the chrome and sunlight

hi djegoo. hi pibuz. thanks a lot for your advises. Yes i used PT + ExitPortalas. Following your tips I've just started to render this scene with mtl method. It's too soon to tell if it would clear faster (i hope so), but i already can see that chrome is still black.(i checked "nk data" option) So s...

bathroom. it's all good but the chrome and sunlight

Hi, by definition it's not finished, altough i'm quitte satisfied with direction it's going. There are just two annoing issues. 1. the chrome material. The nearest tap isn't maybe perfect but it's shiny. The others chromed parts are just black. Any idea why? 2. sun layer is giving very ugly fireflie...

Re: BUG?] skindigo blockinkg of skp file

I was sure it was something concerning Sketchup, not Indigo, like CPfresh. Well, i'm not an expert and rather newbie in Indigo, but i use SU since 4.0 and this is new problem for me. So or it's a SU 7.1 issue or indigo's (i've installed them at the same time) or just they don't fully understand eac...
