Re: Controlling Material ID colour??

I love that way of hacking tools ! Contours are in post aren't they ? I'm wondering how they remain consistant with overlapping leaves. Well I'm tricked :D

Re: Indigo Renderer 4 public beta

thanks for insisting yonosoy, I should really just use the fast sss for clouds testing. I have experienced better performance since Ono told that Max extinction coefficient = max absorbtion + max scattering (ps: fixed both terrain and clouds shader ie 4.0).

Re: "Advanced" WIPs

I think it's very good too, my only crit goes to the dispatching of the people: I find that the fact that no one is walking across such a big space (reserved to vehicles indeed) is oppressing. That may just be a personal thought. That would open the space further imho.

Looks funny ! Also, I think this is the cleanest such render I have ever seen from Indigo ! Was it post-processed ?

Re: Image projector

Be wary that as in every renderer, volumetric effects are the more costly. You may want to actually model the carved pyramid and use a transparency map, perhaps make it an emitter or compose it with a camera-diffracted, light emitting version. I'm making this out but that depends on how urgent the n...

Hi polinalkrimizei, have you seen this (here in french, the video down the page doesn't relate: http://www.futura-sciences.com/magazine ... ent-62282/) ? They got wood transparent at 85% by chemically removing the lignine(fr) !

I spent the evening undoing that :) I once sent you a zipped sequence, the cloud shader should feature the issue after adaptations to 4.0. I can send you the current shader by PM. In the attached image you can see the error after I swapped the commenting status between the two lines boxed. I must t...
