EDIT:
1. Tweaked the green color (was too intensely green)
2. Added a blue light (for the sake of testing it out)

Alright. Oh and I was wondering. Which exporter did you use earlier? 1.0.9 or 1.1.5? (cuz I have both)

There's a safer way to do this. Select the faces you want without bump, then in your UV editor, scale these down to about a pixel and position them on a part of your bump map that has about 50% grey.
