It looks good. I would leave the speed alone, I think it easy enough to understand what's going on.

One way to do it is go to face select mode (F when in object mode) and check. I know there is another way to see while in edit mode but I don't know how to do it.

I finnished seperating the ivy, it took while though and froze once more but not to bad. Now I can export the ivy, but indigo will crash in both console and gui mode. I get a runtime error like "runtime has requested to exit in an unusual way" or something like it. Any idea's? I'm using .9 indigo an...

All the faces are facing out because that's what ctrl+n does, so after you press ctrl+n press W->Flip Normals. Of course you need to have all verts selected while you do all this.

I went back to my original idea and started seperating ivy and it's going surprisingly well. I save every few seperations so I don't lose to much work (it froze twice) and I've done 2 sets of ivy. I'm glad it's working because I would much rather use this idea than the tunnel.

Here's what I have so far... http://i125.photobucket.com/albums/p50/doublez1/im1203116532.png Still lots of work to do. It just doesn't look right to me. I have to many lightpoles and I need to fix the normals (I forgot to check them before duplicating and then checked before exporting to find they...

Nice job, although I have to agree that there isn't really a focal point and maybe to many things to look at.

My computer just can't keep up with the amount of verts I have. I'm over 1 million for the first time in a more serious work and I'm not to sureprised my comp can't handle it. My comps not to bad, but not very good either and I'm not going to upgrade, because I'd rather save the money for a new pc....

Thanks for that site I found some good stuff there. I bookmarked it for future use. But sadly my computer can't keep up with these huge meshes. Trying to export a scene with just the ivy, camera, and sun takes awhile and freezes my computer so I think I either need to get a new computer, stop workin...

I think I have the ivy how I want now and I still have to model some small plants yet, but I want to start on some texturing and don't know where to start. Like the doors. I want them to be big, wooden doors. Where can I get textures? How can I get a bumpmap thats equal to the texture? (etc.) Can I ...

I added another vine on the left of the pic and it looks better than the far back one, so I'm going to redo that one. Also I might try something else with the roof to make it more interesting.
