Re: Sketchup dusk/sunset help

1.To put sky and sun on different layers.
2.set time to a late afternoon time.
2.In renderer, choose the Light layer, set the sky layer a low master gain value and also the sun layer a low master gain
3.you will get the sunset result.

Re: How to make a cloudy day interior result?

Putting sky and sun in different layers must be the best idea.
Close the sky and sun,you 'll get night result.adjusting sky and sun's parameters will get different cloudy result.
It is fabulous!! :o

I suddenlly find a way to create environment map by your own. Re: How to make a cloudy day interior result?

I test the both way.
I feel the first way that put sky and layer in different layers will be a more good way.
because I can control the light's power through changing the value of its master gain .
because, sometimes ,in cloudy day,the object will also get shadow.

Re: Who get the materials parameters table used for indigo?

Pibuz's idea is very reasonable.
It is clear that it's the good idea by current time.
Use a faster biased renderer to show us the designning idea from the same viewangle,Use Indigo to show the real final result.
It must be the best idea by now.

Re: Night time scene

I think jeff's idea can take some work.
In real world , a lot of TV makers use a more darker color filter glass covering before camera in daytime to get a night result!!but, the shadow always looks more fake. and the moon. and if you want to add a road lamp ,it will not work !! :)
