I don't mean a similar parameter is needed for indigo... i can only see analogy on rendered images and i don't know if self shadowing is a yafray-only issue to manage... so sorry for my previuos post and for my bad english...

There you go. This is a smoothed, low-poly sphere with a diffuse mat and bump map. Rendered with 1.0.9_3 I'm also attaching the scene. Not sure but it seems like yafray artifacts, managed by the parameter Bi (Shadow ray bias to avoid self shadowing). If i remeber good i posted (long time ago) a sim...

Thanks a lot Ono! It works great on opensuse 10.3 64bit.
With box emitter test:
Windows version + wine ~170.000 samples/sec
Linux native 64bit ~ 186.000 samples/sec.

Blendigo is what i mean for a blender script exporter (good interaction and dedicated material (lights etc.) GUI for the renderer).
Great work !
Thanks a lot :)

Where's leope after all. I've explained my way of grab(or create)/develop/release a script in a post on this forum and i don't like team work (too time dependent, too much compromises and my interest is variable). I think i don't full fit into the 3rd category cause my skill is very low is some are...

Sorry, i don't know about normals & co. :(
I can export autosmooth only if indigo has a per mesh/per object "autosmooth" parameter.
(Geometry code in indigo exporter is not part of my code)

And in the next version of the exporter maybe it's better to set the turbidity default value to 1.0 and also the min value of the turbidity slider to 1.0, so sun, sky and meshlights can work better at the same time. have you seen Psor's modded version that triggers indigo from within blender? Could his add-on be included with the official script in development ?
Yes, sure :) When psor is ready he can freely post a new version at wiki :)

My contribute at the script depends too much to my spare time (i play also with other 3d sw like AOI) and other things and is "in primis" for my purpose (fun), so in general don't like to be in a workgroup... I prefer: 1.Grab a OS script file "X". 2.Open it directly in the blender editor so i can ed...

Indigo_export_0.6test6_beta1

Posted at wiki.
Very little changes:
1.replaced "<" and ">" with "-" in the name of the exported objects, meshes and meshlights.
2.Set default white balance to "E"

I've added radiance replace-tweak and changed the default max_num_cons_rej to "E" and renamed the exporter to Dev-Indigo_export_0.6test6_beta1.py but the name in the script registration info is 'Indigo v0.6beta3...' Can i change it in 'Indigo v0.6t6-b1...' and for future versions 'Indigo vX.Ytz-bk.....
