I fixed the problem, i downloaded hdrshop, and converted it from hdr mirrored ball to Latitude/Longitud and then converted it to exr with hdr2exr and it works!! i dont know that problem was the hdr format. many thanks to all!!!

I dont know what happens, the exr dont cover all the background, i am using blendigo and i put latlong, when i change to spherical i obtain a error, "imageexcep error while reading ....)
