Re: I can't get Indigo 3.6.28 to start because of "Clay"???
Thanks for responding, ZOM-B. I thought I posted another update last night, but I don't see it on the forum??? Anyway, I somehow got Blender 2.72 and Indigo 3.6.28 64bit (and whatever version of Blendigo that comes with it) to work yesterday, but I don't have a clue why it work's fine now. I do know...

Re: User Error
Thanks again [Max}Headroom. :D Again the fault lies with me. I think I kept messing up because I was skipping the following step: Press "A" to change from "Edit Mode" to "Object Mode" I've been able to .jpg textures repeatedly at home now. Now I'm going to try to figure out how to apply Indigo Mater...

Re: Please help me with Indigo Materials and textures
Duh, I found the "image" selection field...sorry 'bout that. I was able to follow your instructions and get it to work...once while at work! I tried repeatedly again with a flat plane, but was unable to get it to work. In fact, most times Indigo would immediately close after opening. Here at home th...

Re: Please help me with Indigo Materials and textures
Thanks Headroom for helping me. I was following your instructions step by step until the following step: Click into the "image" selection field. The image that you used earlier in the UV editor should be presented to you for selection. Go ahead and select it. Where is this "image" selection field? A...

Please help me with Indigo Materials and textures
 I've only been able to apply a texture (or maybe it was an indigo material from the library) once, and I don't know how I did it. I'm currently using Blender 2.63a (64bit), blendigo-2.6-3.2.14.2, and Indigo Renderer v3.2.14, Windows 64-bit build . I've been up and down this forum and in Google...

Re: can't use Indigo Material database materials
Well, that used to be easier. I finally got the Parquett-Oiled material to render from the Local Material Database after figuring out how to uv map the floor plane in blender (thanks for the UV mapping youtube tutorial: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zv86PSPycPA . But I'm positive that used to be ea...

Re: can't use Indigo Material database materials
Maybe the answer to my Indigo issues can be found in the Blender System Console. This is what appears in that console at startup: found bundled python: C:\blendeRender\blender vers\blender2.61 64bit\2.61\python [Lux 2012-Jan-31 10:08:51] Using pylux version 0.8RC3 Traceback (most recent call last): ...

Re: can't use Indigo Material database materials
Runnin' down a dream... OK, now I know that I can look in blender's user preferences to tell which version of Blendigo that I'm using. The setup: Blender 2.61 64bit, Indigo 3.2.5 64bit, and blendigo 3.2.5.0. First things first: blendigo 3.2.5.0 (according to it's installer) is built for blender 2.62...

Re: can't use Indigo Material database materials
I must be doing something very wrong. When I install blender I put the file named "blender-2.61-release-windows64" in the following location: C:\blendeRender\Blender Versions\2.57+\blender-2.61-windows64. I notice that there is another blender folder in a different location that I don't specify: C:\...

Re: can't use Indigo Material database materials
Thanks for the reply, Headroom. I might have to try your suggestion using the Cycles renderer for the caustics. ********************************************************************************************************** OnoSendai, I tried again, but the same results occurred: the error message below ...

No more responses?...
I hope this issue gets fixed soon...guess I'll have to learn how to use Cycles in the mean time.
