Eeew... the compression is ugly. Maybe I should re-export it.

Chess scene

I adjusted a few things and rerendered my chess scene. I was going for 5000 samples/px but I only made it to 4300 due to me accidentally closing Indigo, after 120 hours of rendering :( But It's good enough. If you want to see the full resolution image I'm uploading it to the new artwork.

LOL I setup a scene with a light shining through a prism. But I didn't have cauchy b on, I guess that's why it didn't work.

@Kram I don't understand what "Cauchy B" does. Does anyone know how to make the glass change the light color coming through it? The absortion color doesn't seem to do that. Sorry about the file size, I was too lazy to compress it. @Kram again, do you know where to got high res .HDR image probes? Deb...

Hey hey! Some great critique and good ideas. I'm trying a glass chess board now. @Kram yes I think that was some normal smoothing problem on the kings head. Unfortunately I didn't know that was there until I got to about 2000 samples/px :( Here is my glass board test.

80 hours.
2600 s/px

It's still rendering, I'm waiting for it to get to 5000 samples.
