I dont know where the sun is in your scene, but the blue light comes from the physical sky. This system (and sky color) is affected by the position of the sun in blender. What i always do in internal scenes when i want a yellow glow is to set up meshlights in the windows. Downside is that you would ...

I cannot see the whole script as my laptop has 1280x800.

It would be ok if i were able to pan the export window, but for some reason this is not possible.

EDIT: NM. You can't have an emitter not fully in a medium. Ono has said this before. ...in this thread: http://www.indigorenderer.com/joomla/forum/viewtopic.php?t=4308 Weird.. how did i miss this thread.. my search criteria wasnt precise enough i guess.. but i should be fine if my mesh light is bel...

Ok, but that is not the case with me.
I have an emitter which is partially intersecting with the medium
I am now doing a test with the emitter completely below the medium not touching it.. looking how that turns out

So is it not possible to get a back/inner lit sss object without manually editing the materials xml?
Or do i need to make sure that the emitter and the sss are not intersecting?
Unlike glass and fluids which must intersect for it to work properly

I was referring to the 2nd post by BbB: http://www.indigorenderer.com/joomla/forum/viewtopic.php?t=4464&highlight=sss+emitter It is more like the wax sss effect and not transparency like glass. But even so, i cannot get it to work When i enable the sss, both meshes turn black. When i assign a tester...
